LINES

Expressions

Our premium line of handcrafted garments where each piece is designed with intention, structure, and meaning. Expressions represents the pure identity of I.W.I.C.E, wearable forms of thought, emotion, and artistic exploration.

Fragments

A collection of instinct-driven designs created purely for aesthetic expression. Fragments are pieces made without hidden narratives and raw ideas captured in form, simply because they look and feel right.

Story (3rd Person View)

Aryan has been designing clothes mainly for himself since the age of 17 (Archive Collection in order).

The thought of starting a brand came to him around the age of 19.

Aryan believes that art is political, and he believes fashion is a true form of art that can be expressed on the body without words or signs. (Fashion is political).

The brand was started when Ansh (Aryan’s childhood best friend) asked Aryan why he had not started his brand yet. Aryan replied that he was waiting to graduate from his B.A. in Economics & Finance, as he would not have enough time to manage the marketing and operations while studying in Toronto, CA.

Ansh offered to become a partner and manage all the operations here in India, and “I Wish I Could Express” or “IWICE” was born.

I Wish I Could Express has two lines for this exact reason:

Expressions — where Aryan tries to articulate his emotions, political views, ideologies, worldviews, and opinions.

Fragments — clothes that Aryan makes simply because they look cool.

Design Mind & Process

Aryan will never design a garment that he himself would not wear.

Each unisex/male garment is designed with the idea of Aryan wearing it. Aryan designs for himself.

Each garment for women is designed with his girlfriend in mind.

Origin of the Name

There were many name ideas that sounded “hard” or “streetwear-like” — almost 10–15 different names.

Ansh and Aryan first decided on NOID (No Identity) and later finalized EXORIA (a Greek word meaning exile or banishment).

Aryan did not like Exoria, as it did not resonate with him or his ideologies.

Aryan decided he would name the brand something he says the most and something he wants everyone to do:

“I Wish I Could Express Myself.”

And “I Wish I Could Express” was born.

(Please do not shorten the name. Always say the full name: “I Wish I Could Express.”)

Why the Brand Exists

Aryan loves clothes, and designing is his passion.

There is no deeper explanation.

Aryan makes clothes simply because it is his form of expression outside of geopolitical debates.
